MAKING THE NEEDED BUSINESS CHANGES

OLD WAYS WONT OPEN NEW DOORS

It's an old expression - but after the struggle of the past 2 years - I think everyone can agree that we need to try new things in an every changing time.

We all do the same things over and over again - because they are easy or convenient - and we often expect a different outcome.

As we head into the new year - what do you know needs to change within your business?

How do you plan to make those needed changes?

But more importantly what results do you plan to see?

ASK YOURSELF THESE 5 SIMPLE QUESTIONS;

  • What areas of my business still feel clunky?

I often find with my clients that these are the areas they would like to delegate to someone else. Not because they don’t enjoy them - but just because its not streamline or as efficient as it should be.

  • Are there any missed opportunities within your business? These are often the task that are continually on your to-do list.

  • If you had to list out 3 things that are letting your business down, what would they be.

Don’t let this become emotional - just list it out and see it as a learning.

  • Out of everything you have listed - what would have the biggest impact on your business if it was to be solved? And what would those results be?

  • Finally, what sits within in your control to change that one area? And could you set a realistic deadline to complete it?

WHAT'S NEXT...?

Take this information and start to map out how you will make these small, or significant changes to your business.
